
EAST PIKELAND, PA — A local man who posed as a home contractor in East Pikeland is wanted after stealing more than $100,000 from a prospective client, according to police.
Kevin Neale, 48, is wanted for the theft and also on felony charges of writing fraudulent checks, police said.
He is described as 5 feet, 11 inches tall, and weighs about 165 pounds. He was brown eyes and may have a gray and black short beard.

Police believe Neale knows of the warrants out for his arrest and is intentionally avoiding arrest.
Authorities described him as "transient," with no fixed address, and that he has specific connections to Phoenixville, Norristown, Coatesville, and King of Prussia.

Police said he may describe himself as part of a business called Advanced Indoor Air Technologies.
