How Did Norristown Vote In The 2018 Midterm Elections?
There were races for U.S. Congress, Senate, governor, and numerous local contests, Here's how Norristown voted.

NORRISTOWN, PA — Norristown has long been a solidly blue section of a largely blue county, and Tuesday's 2018 Midterm Elections were no different. Democrats swept all major races both statewide and within Norristown itself, a microcosm of a larger national movement which saw the Democrats taking control of the U.S. House and state candidates making history in districts that have been red for decades.
Many voters in Norristown voted straight ticket, as all of the Democratic winners had very similar winning totals in the borough (about 7,100) as well as the Republicans (around 1,200).
Though both Norristown and Montgomery County are blue, Norristown is more lopsidedly so, voting Democrat at around an 84 percent rate. About 63 percent of the county voted blue for Madeleine Dean for Congress, as a comparison.
