How to Dispose of Your Christmas Tree in Norristown

NORRISTOWN, PA -- Christmas has come and gone, and it's time to start thinking about disposing of that drying-out Christmas tree.

The between time between Christmas and New Years is when most Christmas Tree fires happen, fire officials said.

In Norristown, curbside pick up will take place during the week of January 9.

All trees must be free of tinsel and other objects, otherwise they will not be picked up, the municipality said. Any questions can be addressed by calling 1-800-432-1616.
