I-76 To Be Restricted In Upper Merion, West Conshohocken Next Week

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — Motorists will experience delays going in and out of the city from Montgomery County next week.

Shoulder restrictions will be in place from Monday, Nov. 13 to Friday, Nov. 17, between U.S. 202 and U.S. 1 South. It includes parts of Upper and Lower Merion as well as West Conshohocken.

PennDOT will be performing slope inspections, periodic safety tests which essentially ensure that the road is on solid ground.

Shoulders will be closed intermittently between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. each day.

Officials advise motorists to plan for delays.
