A dog that has been described as “joyful” was found in the Norris Hills section of Norristown on Sunday.
He was being taken to the Montgomery County SPCA on 19 E. Ridge Pike on Monday.
Anyone with any information about the dog is asked to please contact the SPCA at (610) 825-0111. If owners do not come forth, this dog could be put up for adoption.
