Killer Remains At Large In Montco's Lone Unsolved Homicide Of 2025: DA
27-year-old Cesar Flores-Diaz was just arriving home from work one night when an unknown gunman opened fire, police said.

NORRISTOWN, PA — A year after a Norristown man was killed after arriving home from work, police are continuing to search for the mysterious gunman, they said.
The killing of 27-year-old Cesar Flores-Diaz is the lone unsolved homicide in Montgomery County in 2025.
The incident occurred at around 8:52 p.m. on Feb. 13 on the 800 block of George Street in Norristown.

Cesar Flores-Diaz, 27, was parking his vehicle outside of a home when the shooter ran across the street and fired multiple gunshots into the driver's side window, authorities said.
Surveillance footage shows that the shooter was waiting in a nearby stairwell for at least five minutes before Flores-Diaz arrived, according to police.

The video shows the shooter then fleeing on foot north on George Street.
Flores-Diaz was dead when officers arrived on the scene. Multiple shots hit him in the head.
The DA's office is offering a $5,000 reward for information on the suspect, who is identified from the video only as a man with a blue backpack and a "distinctive gate," according to officials.
