Life-Long Conshohocken Resident Michael Spampinato Turns To Realty

For over 30 years, Michael Spampinato’s name has become synonymous with Conshohocken. After all, he has not only spent the majority of his career operating one of the most iconic restaurants in town but has also been helping friends and family buy and sell houses in the area.

Now, with the recent closing of his local eatery Spamps, Spampinato has announced that he made the most the logical step in his career and joined the Conshocken based real estate firm Entourage Elite Real Estate.

“I already had over 30 years buying and selling real estate in the Conshohocken area so I decided to get my license and utilize my business connections to my advantage and go into real estate”, said Spampinato. “I chose to go with Entourage Elite Real Estate because they are really on the cutting edge of the business.”

Spampinato says he believes his advantage over other real estate agents is his expertise in the region and his people skills. In fact, according to Spampinato, there are few people in the Conshohocken region who don’t know him or his family.

Spampinato has raised his family in the Colonial School District and spent his adulthood working in the region.

“Having a vast knowledge of the area means that I know the inventory. I know the school system, the authorities, the merchants, and everyone that you need to know to be successful. I know who is getting ready to buy and who is thinking about selling,” he said.
