'Little Hoots': Teaching Children About Owls In Norristown

Touch an owl feather, examine a skull, and look at what is inside a pellet during the Norristown Farm Park Little Hoots program.

NORRISTOWN, PA - Touch an owl feather, examine a skull, and look at what is inside a pellet during the Little Hoots Children’s Nature Program at Norristown Farm Park on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at 1:00pm.

Learn about these mysterious birds, how they hear, see, call, and hunt. Hear a story and make an owl craft. Meet one of Elmwood Park Zoo’s owls up close and personal.

This program is suitable for children ages three and older with adult accompaniment. There is a $5.00 fee per child. Preregistration is required. Please call 610-270-0215 to preregister. Meet at the park office.
