Low-Cost Rabies Vaccine Clinic To Be Held In Montgomery County

ABINGTON, PA — Now's your chance to get your pet an affordable rabies shot as animal bite season gets underway.

The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services will host the clinic at the Abington Recycling Center from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 18.

Shots are just $10 pet pet. All cats must be in carriers, while all dogs must be leashed.

Officials remind residents that rabies vaccinations are required for all Pennsylvania dogs, cats, and ferrets aged three months and older.

The Recycling Center is located at 2201 Florey Lane in Abington.
