Made in Montgomery County!

See samples of some of the many items produced in Montgomery County since 1784.

From food to furniture to fine art, Montgomery County has been the site of production of nearly every type of item you can imagine. Our county has played host to countless artisans in the 18th Century who produced the early products for home and hearth. It evolved with the times and became the home for many larger factories and industries in the 19th and 20th Centuries. And, even today, Montgomery County has proven a worthy home for those who want to make something for the world and make something of themselves.

This exhibit – Made in Montgomery County - offers a sample of some of the many items produced in Montgomery County from its establishment in 1784 to the present day and tells the story of the makers and craftspeople who produced these goods. There will be a special exhibit opening on June 27, 2018 from 6:00 pm to 9:00pm. Tickets to the exhibit opening are $30.00 per person.

The exhibit will open to the public on Saturday June 30, 2018 and run until February 1, 2019. Please call for exhibit hours.
