Man, 'Armed And Dangerous', Still Wanted By Norristown Police

"Porky" has still eluded capture.

The Norristown police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man described as “armed and dangerous.”

The suspect, Scott Hill, 48, is wanted for multiple crimes. He is also wanted by the West Norriton Police Department.

He is also known as ”Porky.”

Over 17 years ago, Hill claimed that Norristown police pistol-whipped and beat him during a wrongful arrest, according to a Philly.com report. Police maintained they had done nothing wrong, and leveled drug charges on Hill.

Earlier in 2015, Hill was sentenced to 7 years probation for theft and assault in relation to a 2013 incident.
