Man, 'A Dog In Heat', Gets 15 Years In Jail For Norristown Incident: Report

A Philadelphia man will spend up to 15 years in prison for having indecent contact with a woman in a Norristown office, according to a report.
Anthony Dante Rothwell, 39, of East Wellens Street, was sentenced for the October 2013 incident in which he walked into the victim’s office near 500 Swede Street pretending to be a contractor, the report states.
Rothwell reportedly initiated a meeting by telling her that he wanted to speak with her in private about her work.

Once in her office, the assault began, with the victim describing Rothwell as a “dog in heat,” the Times Herald reports.
“I want you. I’ve been watching you. I’m gonna get me some of that,” Rothwell reportedly said to her.

The victim was eventually able to force him out of the office and lock the door, but not until an extensive assault had occurred, the report states.
