Man Found Dead At King of Prussia Plaza After Self-Inflicted Gunshot: Police

No foul play is suspected at this time, police said.

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA -- One man was found dead of a gunshot wound at King of Prussia Plaza on Monday night, according to the Upper Merion Township Police Department.

The victim, 57, is believed to have shot himself, police said.

He was found in the parking lot near the Lord and Taylor store at about 11:30 p.m., according to police.

The victim was discovered by family members who tracked him down after he was missing for a time, police said.

Lafayette Ambulance also responded to the scene.

The man's name has not yet been released. He is not from King of Prussia or the Philadelphia area, police said.

All indications are that the incident was a suicide, and it is being investigated as such, Upper Merion police told Patch. An official ruling has not yet been made.
