Man Found Shot Dead In Hallway Of His Norristown Home: DA

NORRISTOWN, PA — An investigation is underway after a man was found shot dead inside a home in Norristown late Tuesday night, authorities said.

The incident occurred at around 10:53 p.m. on April 2 on the 300 block of East Fornance Street.

Alonzo Anthony, 28, was already dead when officers found him in the hallway of the home, the District Attorney's Office said. He was shot multiple times, an autopsy Wednesday confirmed.

The circumstances leading up to the shooting remain unclear.
