Man Rescued From Under Lawnmower In Norristown

NORRISTOWN, PA — A man who was trapped under a lawnmower was rescued by first responders in Norristown on Tuesday morning.

Authorities said the victim was mowing the lawn when the lawnmower flipped, trapping them underneath.

Norristown Fire Department members responded quickly to the scene and were able to extricate the man after about 30 minutes, they said.

The victim was injured and transported to the hospital.

"Great work by all involved," the fire department shared. "We wish the individual a full and speedy recovery."
