Man Shot In Norristown Monday Afternoon: Cops
Police are investigating after one man was shot in Norristown Monday afternoon.

NORRISTOWN, PA — A man was shot in Norristown on Monday afternoon and police are on the hunt for the suspect, they announced. The man's injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
The incident occurred at 12:45 p.m. on E. Basin Street near Green Valley Road.
It's unclear what led to the shooting. The victim and the shooter were known to each other, and it's not believed to be a random act, police said.

The victim, a man, was shot multiple times in the legs, police said. He was taken by ambulance to a local hospital for treatment.
An investigation is underway. Police initially issued a photo of a man considered a "person of interest;" that man has since been identified.
