Man Shot In Upper Merion, Norristown Man Arrested: Cops
Two hours previously, police said they had been called to the same house after a brick was thrown through the window.

UPPER MERION, PA — One person has been arrested after a shooting in Upper Merion, police said.
The incident took place on Sunday, Sept. 13 at around 11:45 p.m. on the 700 block of Hidden Valley Road.
Julius Mayo, 25, of Norristown went into the home and fired a shot into the abdomen of a 27-year-old man, according to authorities. He then fled the scene.

The victim was treated on the scene by Upper Merion EMS and police, and then taken to Paoli Hospital. He is currently in stable condition.
Two hours previous to the shooting, police were called to the scene of the shooting after a brick was thrown through the victim's window, and his vehicle was damaged, police said.

Police said that Mayo "is known to the occupants of the residence" where the shooting occurred, but did not elaborate further on the circumstances surrounding the incident.
Mayo was arrested on Monday following an investigation by Upper Merion police. He's been charged with attempted murder and related counts.
He was arraigned and was booked at Montgomery County Correctional Facility on $500,000 bail.
