Man Sought In Numerous Overnight Burglaries Around Norristown: Police

Wielding bolt cutters and usually toting several plastic grocery bags, the man has hit a string of local businesses recently, police said.

NORRISTOWN, PA — Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who they say has committed numerous overnight burglaries recently in Norristown.

The incidents have occurred Forrest Avenue and Swede Street and have primarily impacted local businesses.

Police did not say exactly how much the man has stolen.

He typically carries reusable grocery bags with him and uses bolt cutters and other tools to break into businesses, police said.
