Her 3-year-old daughter was removed from the car by Gonzalez-Paez, and transported to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia where she later died, according to authorities.
Gonzalez-Paez had not insured the vehicle, did not have a valid drivers license, and did not have proper paperwork on the car after purchasing it in Norristown, police said.
