A man who was convicted of killing his wife and unborn son before mutilating the son’s body has been granted additional unsupervised time off the grounds of Norristown State Hospital, according to a report by The Times Herald.
Richard Greist, who committed the crimes in 1978 in East Coventry, has been involuntarily committed in Norristown for over 30 years, the report states.
