NORRISTOWN, PA — Officials provided the clearest update yet on the major construction on U.S. 202 South in Norristown, with at least one significant milestone expected to be reached by the end of the year.
Crews are currently wrapping up utility work on Markley Street just south of the Stony Creek bridge, authorities said, and are also placing concrete pavement near the intersection with Main Street.
Once concrete roadway slabs are placed, the intersection will be completed, which officials said will happen by the end of 2022.
