Massive $32M Health Care Center Breaks Ground In King Of Prussia
The new Main Line Health King of Prussia facility will include a Women's Specialty Center and will focus on health and wellness.

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — A massive new health care center broke ground in King of Prussia last week, officials said.
Main Line Health King of Prussia, a new $32 million venture, will be the home of the new Women's Specialty Center. The new center will focus on regional health and wellness, with a particular focus on women.
“Our focus at Main Line Health—and our primary focus throughout the planning of this new health center—is on delivering safe, high-quality care that can help advance the health and wellness of our community members,” Jack Lynch the president and CEO of Main Line Health, said in a statement. “As never before, our patients are increasingly looking to us not just to help them live longer lives, but to help them live longer, healthier lives. This facility will help our community do just that.”

The 94,000 square foot facility is slated to open in the fall of 2019.
The Women's Specialty Center, designed in partnership with Axia Women's Health, will focus on "distinct preventative, diagnostic, and treatment" needs of women. Some services will include breath, digestive, heart, infertility, obsetrics, and skin care, along with weight management and emotional wellness, just to name a few.

The health and wellness center in the new building will offer care to both men and women and will include primary care, general surgery, orthopedics, imaging, physical therapy, lab services, endocrinology, neurology, cardiology, and more, officials said.
Saul Ewing, IMC Construction, Anchor Health Properties, Siemens, Nelson Architects, Bohler Engineering, Pisarek Engineering, O’Donnell & Naccarato, Remington & Vernick Engineers, Perkins Eastman Black, and Glackin Thomas Panzak have all been contracted to assist in the construction of the new project.
