Men Steal $1900 In Merchandise From Walmart In King Of Prussia: Cops
Within 5 minutes of getting the call, police said they caught up to the thieves as they tried to flee.
KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Two men who stole around $1,900 in merchandise from the Walmart in King of Prussia were captured shortly thereafter, police said.
The incident occurred on Aug. 1 at around 8:50 p.m. at the store on 275 N. Gulph Road, authorities announced this week.
One man loaded up shopping carts with goods while another kept lookout, police said. They then loaded the gooods into a dark Chevrolet sedan with Delaware a license plate and fled toward N. Warner Road.

Upper Merion Police canvassed the area and in less than five minutes, spotted the car driving through the Village at Valley Forge. The men were arrested without incident on the spot.
One of the suspects had an active warrant from the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department.

Both were charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property, and related counts.
