Montco AgBrew Events Connect Local Brewers, Farmers
"Montgomery County is home to 20 of the best craft breweries in the region...we want to help."

A new initiative organized by the Montgomery County Planning Commission aims to unite one of the region's most long standing industries with one of its newest.
Two upcoming events — one in Lansdale, one in Royersford — will bring local farmers together with members of the rapidly growing community of brewers, distillers, and malters in the county.
"Montgomery County is home to more than 20 of the best craft breweries in the Philadelphia region," Val Arkoosh, chair of the Montgomery County Board of Commissioners, said. "Our county's farmland and farmers have the capacity to support this thriving industry, and we want to help build relationships that support locally grown and produced resources right here in our county."
