Montco EMT Had Videos Of Child Sex Abuse In Florida: Police

NORRISTOWN, PA — A Montgomery County emergency medical technician has been charged with child porn in Florida, authorities there announced this week.

Seneca Trout, 46, of Norristown, had multiple videos portraying men sexually abusing underage girls, the Miami-Dade Police Department said.

Trout has worked with various EMT agencies around the county, including Skippack and Upper Perkiomen Valley Ambulance, according to KYW.

The arrest was made after Border Patrol agents searched Trout's phone when his cruise ship arrived at a port in Miami, police said.

He is being held in Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Florida on $10,000 bail.
