Montco Man Killed Girlfriend, Called Uber For Hospital Ride: Cops
He waited until later the next morning to call an Uber to take her "ice cold" body to the hospital, authorities said.

PERKIOMEN TOWNSHIP, PA — What began as a night out for one young couple to celebrate the Super Bowl at a local bar ended in murder, authorities in Montgomery County said.
Nicholas Forman, 23, was arrested Thursday after police said he beat his girlfriend, Sabrina Harooni, 22, to death. He then called an Uber the next morning to take her to the hospital, authorities said.
Investigators on Friday released details of the circumstances surrounding the incident, painting a portrait of jealous rage and a remorseless, cold-blooded killing.

It all began Feb. 2, which was Super Bowl Sunday. Harooni and Forman, who had been dating for around seven months, went to PJ Whelihan's Pub in Oaks to watch the game.

After the game, at 10:07 p.m., Forman requested an Uber to take them back to the 900 block of Hamilton Road in Perkiomen Township, where he had rented a room for the last two months.
It's about a 15 minute drive.
"You're scaring me"
At some point during the ride, Harooni joked that she had received a text message from an ex, and Forman never let it go, according to the affidavit of probable cause.
The Uber driver later told police Forman had requested to stop at the Quick Mart in Collegeville, and when they got back into the car, Forman was still upset about Harooni's joke, demanding to see her phone.
Harooni told Forman "you're scaring me" multiple times during the exchange inside the vehicle, the Uber driver told police.
When they arrived at Forman's home, Forman said that Harooni was not coming in, and continued to demand to see the phone, according to the affidavit.
Harooni, who spent several nights a week at Forman's, said that all of her stuff was inside.
The Uber driver left and made a U-turn up the street. When he passed again the pair were arguing in the driveway, and the driver could hear yelling. He told police he waited five or 10 minutes until he could not hear any more shouting, then he left.
"That's what a cheating liar gets"
What exactly happened between when the Uber left — sometime around 10:30 p.m. — and midnight, remains unclear.
More than an hour passed before the next piece of evidence was taken: a photo, taken on Forman's phone, at 11:58 p.m. It shows Harooni, lying facedown on the grass with her eyes closed, hair disheveled, and arms out to the side.
A moment later there was a video taken on his phone, showing a patch of blood visible in the grass next to her head, and blood across her face, the affidavit states. And there is a voice.
"This is what a cheating liar gets. You hear me?"
The voice goes on to berate her and curse her further, according to the affidavit.
Another photo was taken on Forman's phone at 2:23 a.m. This one shows Harooni lying face down, this time in the bedroom inside of the home, investigators said.
"Poor girl"
At around 9:45 a.m. the next morning, Monday, Feb. 3, Forman called an Uber to take Harooni to the hospital. The Uber driver who picked them up said that Forman walked to the car when he arrived, saying his girlfriend "got into a fight last night" and that he couldn't wake her up.
He then went back inside, picked up Harooni and carried her into the Uber. He then buckled her in the back seat, the affidavit said.
The driver gave Forman a blue rag to wipe her face with, and Forman kept saying "poor girl, poor girl," during the ride.
"Ice cold"
When the Uber arrived at the Pottstown Memorial Hospital, nurses came out to check on Harooni, and immediately noticed she wasn't breathing. They asked Forman how long she'd been like this.
"For a while," he told them, according to the affidavit.
Nurses began to perform CPR. While they were attempting lifesaving measures, Forman tried to give the nurses Harooni's cell phone and personal belongings.
Harooni was ice cold at 79 degrees Fahrenheit, investigators said. Her lips were blue. Her pupils were "blown out" due to lack of oxygen and head trauma, the affidavit said.
Police said she had suffered severe injuries to her neck, face, and head. There was old dried blood in her nose and old vomit in her mouth, along with fluid in her lungs.
She was wearing only sweatpants and a black puffer jacket, and wood chips spilled out of her pants when they were removed, investigators said.
According to the affidavit, the nurses described Forman as "calm."
Three girls and a black SUV
A pattern emerged in the fragments of stories that Forman told to the Uber driver Monday morning, the nurses and doctors at the hospital, and, later, law enforcement.
He claimed that on Sunday night, Harooni got into a argument with three women in the bathroom at PJ's, according to the affidavit.
Forman then said that Harooni must've given the women his address, because "three girls" showed up in a black SUV in front of the house at 1:30 a.m.
He claimed Harooni went outside to fight them, and he didn't go with her because he's on probation and didn't want to get in trouble.
He said he then went outside and helped Harooni into the home, watched her until about 6 a.m., and fell asleep. He claimed he called an Uber at 9:45 a.m. when he noticed she was having trouble breathing.
Evidence uncovered
Forman gave police both his own cell phone and Harooni's, with butterfly stickers on it, and a cracked screen.
Authorities went to Forman's home on the 900 block of Hamilton Road and pieced together numerous pieces of clues: a clump of dark hair, the same color as Harooni's, in the street and in the front doorway, bloody carpet, clothes with blood and dirt stains, and a bracelet with the name "Sabrina" in beads, lying in the dirt of the front yard next door.
On Thursday morning, state police took Forman into custody, and he was charged with first and third degree murder. No bail is available for murder charges, and he was taken to Montgomery County Correctional Facility.
A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 12.
