Montco Public Defender's Office To Hold Special Clinic
The Public Defender's Office is looking to help former clients expunge their criminal records.
NORRISTOWN, PA — Montgomery County's Public Defender's Office is holding a special event to help local residents who they served in the past currently attempting to have their criminal records expunged.
"As part of our ongoing mission, the Public Defender assists our current and former clients who qualify for expungement and/or sealing to clear their criminal records," the Public Defender's Office said in a statement. "If you or someone you know had a juvenile delinquency or adult criminal case that is now closed (fine and fees, if assessed, have been paid), we may be able to help."
A special clinic will be held via Zoom every second and fourth Tuesday of the month from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The meeting ID is 491 292 9804 and the password is expunge.
