Montgomery County To Honor Their 385 Centenarians
Incredibly, there are hundreds of residents in Montgomery County over the age of 100.
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — An upcoming event will honor the area's hundreds of residents that have made it over 100 years of age.
The 2020 Montgomery County Centenarian Celebration will take place on Tuesday, May 12, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., according to recently issued save the dates.
There are a total of 385 centenarians in Montgomery County, officials said.

"Our Centenarians represent a special group of older residents who have lived long and strong over ten decades, weaving strong history and culture into the basic fabric of life as we know it today in Montgomery County," the county says in their description of the event. "Their legacy is seen in the strong Montgomery County families and communities supporting and serving our foundation as we move ahead in our daily lives."
