Montgomery County Man, 26, Pleads Guilty To Child Pornography

A Montgomery County man has pleaded guilty to possessing more than 50 images of child pornography

A Montgomery County man pleaded guilty Thursday to felony possession of child pornography, court documents show. Andrew Nutinsky, 26, of Whitemarsh, was arrested last January and now faces up to 27 years in prison.

An investigation into Nutinsky began on October 15, 2015, when authorities received a tip that a user of Skype had uploaded an image of a nude four-year-old girl, according to Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele.

Authorities then traced the Skype account to Nutinsky's home on 253 Birch Drive in the Lafayette Hill section of Whitemarsh, the DA said.

A search of his home revealed more than 50 images and one video of child pornography on Nutinsky's computer, according to officials.

The DA's office said that Nutinsky was previously investigated in 2013 after a complaint of child pornography, but insufficient evidence was found.
