Montgomery County Men Assault Elderly Veteran In Violent Home Invasion: Report
They reportedly used the money they stole from the Korean War veteran to buy heroin.

Two Montgomery County men have been arrested for assaulting an elderly Chester County veteran of the Korean War, according to a report by Philly.com.
On July 26, they entered the home, Reeves assaulted Rehrman, and the pair stole money, Rehrman’s late wife’s jewelry, and a bottle of prescription medicine from the home, the report states.

The pair then used the money to buy heroin in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia, according to the report.
Rehrman suffered bleeding wounds to his arms and legs and bruises to his head, the report states. Both suspects have preliminary hearings set for October 8.
