Naked Norristown Man 'Rolls Around' Bar Floor, Throws Glasses: Police

A man was arrested for “rolling around” naked on the floor of a local tavern and throwing glasses, according to a Norristown Police Department report.
At about 9:30 p.m. on September 25, officers arrived at the Roo House Tavern on Willow Street to find the suspect on the floor, in a puddle of beer, with his pants and underwear around his ankles, police said.
The suspect was reportedly under the influence of PCP, according to police.

He was booked, cited, and held in custody until he sobered up, police said.
