Netflix House Property In King Of Prussia Has Been Sold
It has been up for sale for nearly a year, according to a report.
KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — The building housing Netflix House in King of Prussia, the entertainment company's first attraction of its kind in the world, has been sold, according to local officials.
The property, previously owned by Simon, the owners of the King of Prussia Mall, was sold for $60 million to real estate investment trust EPR Property Group.
"It’s nice to see an outside party investing in a legacy property at the King of Prussia Mall and showing faith in our community," Upper Merion Township Supervisor Greg Waks shared.

Operations at Netflix House will remain unchanged with the sale.
The 120,000 square foot building features a first floor of two large experience rooms and a 250-seat theatre. The second floor includes two smaller experience rooms and a marketplace for food and drinks.
The space at 180 N. Gulph Road was previously occupied by Lord and Taylor.
