The new restaurant, Choolaah Indian BBQ, is just the latest of many to open its doors in the ever-expanding King of Prussia Town Center.

The grand opening will feature a "naan ripping," a ceremonial take on the traditional ribbon cutting, followed by the free lunch.

The new restaurant is the fourth Choolaah to open its doors. Choolah utilizes clay cooking methods to create modern, healthy Indian food described as "authentically unconventional" by the business.

“We wanted to not only change the game, but really stress how approachable, accessible and wholesome Indian cuisine is,” co-CEO Raji Sankar said in a statement. “We use premium ingredients and elevate them with our special spice blends and classic and healthier tandoor oven cooking to create dishes so irresistible, appealing and affordable that you will want to eat at Choolaah every day.”
