No Injuries In Weekend Fire In Norristown

NORRISTOWN, PA — Crews in Norristown battled a blaze at a home in Norristown over the weekend.

The incident occurred on Saturday night, Sept. 19, on the 700 block of George Street.

When crews arrived on the scene the fire was showing from the second floor of the rear of the home.

Firefighters were able to swiftly extinguish the blaze. No injuries were reported.

It is not yet clear what caused the fire.
