The average American throws out about 68 pounds of clothing per year.

NORRISTOWN, PA - A charity collection operation which includes collection sites in Norristown, Phoenixville, West Chester, Narberth, Media, and Malvern is looking to expand its horizons.
GreenDrop is a Bensalem-based company that collects clothing and household items for local charities, including the Military Order of the Purple Heart, the National Federation of the Blind and the Society of St. Vincent de Paul of Philadelphia, according to the company’s website.
The donations not only go to a great cause, but they contribute positively toward the environment by reusing and recycling items that would otherwise have been thrown away.
