Breaking: The Norristown Area School District has cancelled school on Wednesday.
NORRISTOWN, PA — The Norristown Area School District has cancelled school on Wednesday due to the icy, wintry storm sweeping across the region.
Original reports were that a two hour delay were in effect. However, at around 7:20 a.m., the district made the decision to cancel classes.
A sleety rain was falling early Wednesday and roads were already very slick at around sunrise.
