NORRISTOWN, PA — Spring is here, and that means it's time for free music outside in the borough.
Belfast Connection kicks off Norristown's Free Outdoor Concerts at Elmwood Park on May 18th starting at 7 p.m.
All concerts will be held in the Elmwood Park bandshell.
