Norristown Killing Thursday Night Caught On Camera: DA
Authorities are offering a $5,000 reward to track down the shooter, who police said lied in wait for the victim.

NORRISTOWN, PA — A man was shot and killed on the street in Norristown on Thursday night, and authorities have posted a reward for the public to help them track down the suspect, the Montgomery County district attorney's office announced.
The incident occurred at around 8:52 p.m. on Feb. 13 on the 800 block of George Street.
Video surveillance footage captured the shooting.

Cesar Flores-Diaz, 27, was parking his vehicle outside of a home when the shooter ran across the street and fired multiple gunshots into the driver's side window, authorities said.
The video shows that the shooter was waiting in a nearby stairwell for at least five minutes before Flores-Diaz arrived, according to police.

The video shows the shooter then fleeing on foot north on George Street.
Flores-Diaz was dead when officers arrived on the scene. Multiple shots hit him in the head.
The DA's office is offering a $5,000 reward for information on the suspect, who is identified from the video only as a man with a blue backpack and a "distinctive gate," according to officials.
