Norristown Landlord Expo Tuesday
Free expo to focus on various aspects of property ownership and management.
Do you own an income property in the Norristown area? If so, you might not want to miss the 2016 Norristown Landlord Expo Tuesday at the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit at 2 W. Lafayette St., Norristown.
The event, which is free, will cover a variety of topics pertaining to owning and managing property in Norristown. Municipal staff will also be present to discuss shifts in the rental license and inspection process and will answer any questions you might have as a property owner.
For the early birds, the first session begins at 9 a.m. and will run until 1 p.m. The evening sessions beings at 4 p.m. and ends at 8 p.m. Food and refreshments will be available.
