Montco Man Orchestrated $155,000 In Thefts From Givenchy, Lululemon, Others: DA
The highly organized operation used teens to commit the actual thefts and robberies, officials said.
NORRISTOWN, PA — A Norristown man led a criminal organization to a series of high profile thefts of local businesses, netting more than $155,000 in profits, the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office said in announcing his arrest Thursday.
Nehemeiah Jones, 31, of Norristown, has been charged with corrupt organizations, robbery, and related counts.
The thefts began on April 18, 2024 and spread across stores in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Businesses targeted included Lululemon, Diesel, Givenchy, Nordstrom and Dicks Sporting Goods, officials said.

Jones was the ringleader, hiring numerous drivers to operate rental vehicles and then "runners" who entered the stores and committed the actual robberies and thefts, according to police.
In some cases, the runners were teenagers, and in multiple cases, the runners sprayed store employees with irritants to help them get away, authorities said.

Stolen items, like designer purses, perfumes, clothing, and more were resold by Jones on social media, police said.
Philadelphia Police arrested Jones on April 20 and was arraigned in Montgomery County on April 21. He failed to post $250,000 bail and was booked at Montgomery County Correctional Facility. A preliminary hearing is set for May 11.
