Norristown Man Sentenced To Prison After Stabbing Man In Ex's Home
The man was extremely apologetic in court, reportedly saying "I didn't mean to do this."
NORRISTOWN, PA — A Norristown man has been sentenced to prison after breaking into his ex-girlfriend's home in Perkiomen Township last year and stabbing another man, police said.
Noel Gregory Pagan, 25, will spend the next 7 to 14 years behind bars after pleading guilty to aggravated assault. He had originally been charged with attempted murder.
The incident on Nov. 15, 2021 at around 7:30 p.m. on the 600 block of Gravel Pike.

The victim, then a 21-year-old man from Bridgeport, was stabbed multiple times before Pagan fled the scene.
Pagan's ex-girlfriend, a 20-year-old woman, was not injured, and the man was taken to Paoli Hospital for treatment of severe wounds.

“I know what I did was messed up," Pagan told the man in court during his sentencing, according to The Times Herald. "I was deeply in love with this woman...I didn’t mean to do this. Every day I thought about you. What I did was wrong. I hurt you. Please forgive me. I’m sorry."
Pagan is not allowed to have contact with either the woman or the man as part of his sentence, court documents show.
Pagan was taken into custody by state troopers on patrol following a brief investigation.
