Norristown Man, Targeted For 'Gang Execution', Sentenced To Jail: Report

High on PCP, the man reportedly tried to steal a UPS truck - after he was targeted by a rival gang.

A Norristown man was sentenced to prison after pleading guilty to attempted robbery in an incident in May, according to the Times Herald.

Lazaro “Laz” Morgalo, 29, of Russwood Drive, who also has a Pottstown address, admitted that he tried to steal a UPS truck while high on PCP in May, the report states.

Morgalo will spend the next 11.5 to 23 months in prison, according to the report.

Morgalo is the man that law enforcement saved from a “targeted execution” by a rival gang, the report states.

Alexander “Dot” Scott, a member of the Straight Cash Money Gang busted during mass arrests in May, was planning to kill Morgalo on Februrary 28, according to the report.
