Norristown Officially Declares Snow Emergency
Police are reminding residents to not "reserve" parking spots by placing objects in the street to block other cars. Residents will be cited.

NORRISTOWN, PA -- The borough of Norristown has declared a snow emergency as a storm of blizzard-like proportions makes its way to the area Friday evening.
The declaration, made Friday, is in effect from 6 p.m. through Sunday.
Police are reminding residents to not “reserve” parking spots by placing objects in the street to block other cars. Residents will be cited.
