Norristown Police Department Celebrates New Promotions
Several of Norristown's finest saw a bump up in grade.
NORRISTOWN, PA — Several of Norristown's finest saw a bump up in grade during Tuesday night's Municipal Council session.
New Norristown Police Chief Jacqueline Bailey-Davis was on hand for the ceremonies.
Norristown officers Edward Rambo was promoted to sergeant, and Joey Biachimano was promoted to corporal.

In addition, Sergeant Rambo will continue to be a lead patrol officer, and Corporal Biachimano has been named the new commanding officer of the department's Community Relations Unit.
