Norristown Program Helps Those Arrested Navigate The Courts
"Arrested? You or someone you love? You can help change the case."

A new program in Norristown will help individuals who have been arrested or accused of a crime to navigate the court system.
The Participatory Defense Initiative, a program sponsored by the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Officer, helps individuals to be “empowered” in the court system and to build a strong case.
Meetings are every Monday, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the Community Action Development Commission on 113 East Main Street.
