Norristown Schools To Dismiss Early Thursday

NORRISTOWN, PA — Norristown Area School District will dismiss early Thursday due to the inclement weather. Snow is expected to move into the area in mid-morning, with 1 to 3 inches in the forecast. Precipitation will likely turn to rain and sleet by afternoon.

The district said that all elementary schools will dismiss at 12:20 p.m., the middle schools at 11:50 a.m., and the high school at 11:10 a.m.

All after-school athletics and activities have been canceled as well.
