Norristown Senior Elected To Elite Choir

A Norristown senior has been selected to perform as part of an elite choir comprised of some of the county’s best singers, the school district announced.

Jonathan Mueller auditioned and was accepted as a Bass II in the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association District 11 Choir – a 160 member select choir comprised of students from all across Montgomery County.

The concert will be held at Lower Merion High School on February 6th.

Some of Mueller’s fellow Norristown Area High School students also qualified to audition. They were Crystal Assenmacher, Khalia Butler, Natalie DeKok, Vanessa Limbert, Ameenah Muhammad, Aquil Hayes, and Thaddaeus Peay.
