Norristown To Set Up Dumpsters Around Town For Free Disposal Event

NORRISTOWN, PA — Dumpsters will be set up around Norristown next month for a special free, community-wide disposal event.

The bi-annual event will be held on May 4.

J.P. Mascaro and Sons will provide a dozen, 30-cubic yard dumpsters for residents to discard bulk trash, old furniture, and other non-electronic and non-hazardous waste.

Contractors are not permitted to use the dumpsters.

Dumpsters will be in the following locations:

• Municipal Hall (235 E. Airy Street)
• Arch and Oak streets
• Corson and Marshall streets
• Haws Avenue and Marshall Street
• Haws Avenue and Washington Street
• Buttonwood and Elm streets
• Pine and Fornance streets
• Guardino Park (1200 block of West Lafayette Street)
• Roberts Street (Norris Hills)
