Norristown Student With Special Needs Chased, Assaulted: Report
The suspect allegedly ran down the boy and punched him repeatedly with a closed fist, even as security guards ran toward him yelling "stop!"

A van driver has been sentenced to probation after he admitted to chasing and assaulting a boy with special needs who fled the vehicle he was driving, according to a report.
Terry Lee Stoudt, 68, of Red Hill, was driving the victim, 14, home to Upper Gwynedd from his school in Norristown on February 20, the report states.
The boy has Asperger syndrome and bipolar disorder.

They became involved in an argument and the boy fled the vehicle when it came to a stop on Valley Forge Road near the Brittany Pointe Estates retirement community, the Pottstown Mercury reported.
Stoudt allegedly caught the boy and stood over him, punching him repeatedly with a closed fist, even as security guards ran toward him and yelled for him to stop, the report states.
