Her brave fight with Breast Cancer began in 2009, she went through surgery, reconstruction, chemotherapy and radiation. She was cancer free after 2 years. Christine’s battle resumed in January 2015 when she was re-diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer that spread to the bones, liver and brain, it had come back with a vengeance.
Her strong will to live for her 4 children and grandchild, the love and prayers of family, friends, and many supporters (Christine’s Warriors) carried her through a grueling 14 months of Radiation, Surgery and Chemotherapy. She was a home care giver for Chestnut Knoll before she got sick last year and enjoyed spending every minute of her time with her children.
